The City of Henderson is considering an application for CDBG Neighborhood Revitalization funds from the North Carolina Rural Economic Development Division (REDD) to provide rehabilitation or replacement housing assistance to lower-income homeowner households. The program is sponsored by the City of Henderson, with funds potentially provided by the Rural Economic Development Division. Applications must be turned in by September 17, 2021.
To assist with applications and income verification, the Kerr Tar Council of Government will have representatives at City Hall on two dates.
Thursday, September 16th from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday, September 17th from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
