DESCRIPTION:Franklin Granville Vance Smart Start will be hosting its 13th Annual Ducky Derby on Saturday\, September 17\, 2022. There will be all kinds of fun activities for families with young children starting at 11 am followed by the Ducky Derby Race at 2 pm. Garnett Street will be flooded with a river of rubber ducks to raise funds to support services for families with children ages 0-5. One lucky duck will win $1\,000.
