We can’t wait to see the streets filled with creative costumes\, so don’t forget to bring your A-game! \nStreet Closures for Safety:\nTo keep things safe for all our little ghosts and goblins\, Garnett Street will be closed to traffic starting at 3 PM\, staying that way until the festivities wrap up. \nCalling All Businesses:\nWe invite all downtown businesses and community groups to get involved! There’s no cost—just bring your enthusiasm and Halloween spirit! \nFor Business Owners: \n\nCandy Distribution: Each business is responsible for providing candy. Feel free to hand it out from inside your store or join the fun on the sidewalk!\nStorefront Decorations: Let’s make downtown look magical!
